I wouldn't normally rate a retail park but this is an exception. The park is back-to-back Witham flourishing high street with very few empty shops. The park offers 3 hours free parking and I assume shoppers use it to access the high street shops as well. Worth checking out and don't forget the high street!
There is a reasonably new B&M store here, the reason for our visit really. We were very impressed as they stock just about everything a person could wish for and the store is massive! We only went in to look around but the bargains were such that my friend came out with a bag full of excellent bargains! It is definitely worth a visit and I can see us going back there in the future as it is bigger and better than the one we have in our city.
Not keen on the speed humps there they are very harsh even at 5mph there are plenty of shops there but watch your visiting time if you are in a few shops as you only get a couple of hours stay on the car park before getting a fine
